Clitheroe Arts Festival success - working for further exhibitions and commissions

After being excepted for the festival I went to experience it myself. It's so good to see a vast range of creativity and was overwhelmed by the set up and positivity at the event. Even happier that my large piece 'NORTHERNER' was found a 'forever home' eg. sold (two people wanted it too). Sad too that I can't see it everyday myself, but I would end up an old lady surrounded by my own glass work and that would make me a hoarder. So I'm drawing more designs and off today to buy much more glass (with the proceeds from the sale) - I must have chosen the most expensive material to work in but the obsession with it continues...and will I ever return to ceramics.
